CPRO/N.F.Railway/Maligaon with three spare copies for arranging publication in news paper of Assam, West Bengal and Bihar in which advertisement tender are published and the paper cutting of the publication should be sent to this office for keeping the same in the concern tender file. The advertisement charge is debitable under Head – 3598
